Activist and former political prisoner from Guantánamo intimidated in Parque 24 in Guantánamo

On 25 November 2020, Rafael Matos Montes de Oca was summoned to the police unit Parque 24 for 2 pm. There he was received by two State Security officials, one of them known as Víctor, who informed him that from that moment on, he would be controlled as a potential criminal. They also told him that he will have to sign an official warning due to his meetings with "counter-revolutionary elements", avoid contact with various activists as well as any illegal meeting which conspires against the revolution and the principles of the homeland. If he did not follow those rules, he would be imprisoned as his criminal case had been already opened.
