A citizen from Guantánamo summoned to Parque 24 and intimidated



Daniel García Díaz was summoned by a local police chief, Lieutenant Odelin Aranda, to the police unit known as Parque 24. Daniel was initimidated by the official who was telling him that in case he committed a crime during the pandemic, such as doing interviews or hoarding of goods, he would be prosecuted for a crime of disobedience. Then he issued him an official warning and released Daniel five hours later.
