On January 20, Mrs. Laura Campo Gonzalez received xenophobic and racist comments from Alberto Gainza Cueva, head of the employment office of the Ministry of Labor. For reasons of sexual orientation, Mr. Alberto Gainza offended Mrs. Laura by addressing her in masculine language, ignoring that she identifies herself as female. On multiple previous occasions, this official has mocked, discriminated and humiliated other people who have come to his office, using their beliefs, thoughts or sexual orientations.
