Yoandris was detained near the Malecon Manzanillo and taken to the police checkpoint at the entrance of the city where they kept him for about an hour under the sun. Then, they took off his clothes in order to search him naked. They searched his backpack and his pockets as well. They drove him out of the city and warned him that if he came back to Manzanillo, he would suffer the consequences. They confiscated his cell phone, the SIM card, internet cards and keys of his house and left him on the road 45 km away from Bayamo.
