A case of a man for whom the state removes a tenant rights (Havana)

The building located at 206 A # 2112/206 and 21 A, Atabey, Playa, Havana that was assigned to Manuel Fernandez Garcia as a worker of the company that owns that property and by choice went to work to another company where he retired. His new company ceased to exist. The process begins in January 2015 ended in July the same year with new housing legislation. As he had been retired from the company that did not own the property, he does not belongs among tenants with rights. He is declared as a permanent tenant, which is the only advisable option for tenants without rights. He requested a lawyer of the company which will manifest the alternatives that the law left for his specific case.
