In the morning, 4 May 2021, Enrique Mustelier Sosa was walking down the Paseo Street in Guantánamo, when a patrol car with two State Security officials stopped next to him. They detained him and took him to the police unit Parque 24. There he had to take off his clothes and give them over all his belongings. At 2 pm, Mustelier Sosa was visited by a State Security official Luis Ángel who threatened him with imprisonment if he kept visiting and meeting with counter-revolutionary elements such as Bartolo Cantillo and Henry Couto.
