A young man accused of social dangerousness



A young man was detained by a police official and taken to the Police Department in Guantánamo. He was accused of social dangerousness, mainly because he is considered to be unemployed, despite working as a private instructor. During his detention, he was threatened with imprisonment. He was released five days later with a fine amounting to 1000 pesos. The victim is currently waiting for a trial.
