Yolsdán Armenteros Vázquez was prevented from travelling to Colombia on Sunday, 24 March, in the afternoon hours. When he approached the migration officers at the José Martí International Airport in Havana, Terminal 3, he was informed that would not be able to travel because his status was "regulated". Armenteros Vázquez had been invited by the National Institute of Social Studies (INES) to Colombia to attend a traning on trade unions.
