A Rickshaw driver was assaulted by two inspectors and a policeman. They insulted him and took him to a base of the PNR (Revolutionary National Police), where he was detained for more than 3 days and fined 1500 pesos (€ 49). He was also threatened with confiscating his rickshaw and sending him to jail if he keeps meeting with activists.
