Carmen Luisa lives with her family in a house where about 8 years ago the sanitary pit was spilled thus their house was inundated with all kinds of human faeces. These conditions led to several diseases of whole whole family including two minor children who live with them. During these eight years, the family has made all necessary efforts and complaints to the authorities of the government, but they did not get any response. Carmen Luisa considers that the inactivity of institutions corresponds to the fact that she is a cousin of former political prisoners Rodolfo Barthelemy Cobas and José Manuel Rodríguez Navarro.
