On 23 September 2021, at 8 am, Celina Osoria Claro, a Lady in White from Guantánamo, was on her way to the prosecutor's office in the Guantánamo Province in order to submit a personal document. When passing through Los Maceos and El 3 Sur Street, she was detained by several State Security officials. They prevented him from continuing her way and took her back home. She could not leave her house after that as several officials stayed in front of the house until 7 pm.
