The November 10, 2015 around 10 am, Francisco Ortiz Ranger was heading home. First, there he had done shopping of meal and vegetables for consumption at home. He was intercepted by the head of sector and an agent of the inspectorate on a public street. He was accused of an illegal selling. Ranger denied to be call as an illegal seller. Everything was bought for his home. For many defense which Ortiz Ranger got from some neighbours, he was taken to the police unit known as Park 24. He was seized by removing everything bought for his family. He was detained for more than 48 hours. Police officers applied the Decree Law 8.3, with a fine of 300 pesos making him a warning letter. When Ortiz saw that absurd abuse making on his person, he brings into question the police statement that the citizens rights are not violated in Cuba.
