The chief of the sector of the Police Unit Parque 24 summoned Rodriguez Leyva to that unit. Upon his arrival, he was threatened for not having a labor relationship and for meeting with opponents of the regime. He was warned that if he took any action regarding the appeal of the trial of those sanctioned on 11J, he would be prosecuted for the crime of disobedience and a dangerousness index would be applied to him. After this, he was released after 4 hours of detention.
