An UNPACU activist from Baracoa verbally attacked by Ministry of Culture employees

On 18 February 2021, an activist from the Cuban Patriotic Union (UNPACU), Oscarleidy Blanco Lobaina, was a victim of the repudiation act carried out by several employees of the Ministry of Culture. Blanco Lobaina was publicly complaining in front of the Ministry building about the queues which appeared in front of so-called chocolate house. This building is owned by the Ministry of Culture and the government uses the premises for organizing meetings and political activities. The activist was insulted by vulgar and denigrating words such as criminal or worm, among others.
