Citizen is detained for hours after being accused of wearing improperly his facemask



The victim adjusted his facemask without taking it off. Later he was detained by an agent, under the allegation of inappropriate wearing of the facemask. As a result of the detention, the citizen protested and was carried to the police station to get a fine. After taking personal information for 1 hour and a half, the citizen was released by the agents. However, this occured during the curfew imposed by the regime, therefore, the citizen was exposed to potential detentions on his way to home. Due to the physical and psychological pressure, the victim forgot his merchandising to work, affecting his laboral performance. His family called to the police station and they denied the detention even thought his boss witnessed the situation.
