On International Human Rights Day in Guantánamo several houses of activists have been placed under police surveillance, as a preventive measure to avoid any activity related to this day. The house of the Lady in White Celina Osoria Claro was monitored by two plainclothes political police officers, who were stationed at Los Maceo Street at 3 South.
