Roberto de Jesus had to remain 7 hours in a cell with no light and no water



Roberto Jesus Guerra Perez was detained on Avenida Infanta, Centro Habana, on his way to 23rd Street and L Vedado Habanero to take pictures of the repression by authorities against activists and women from Ladies in White. He was transferred to the 4th Unit of the National Police in municipality Cerro, where he was held for about 7 hours in a cell that had no light nor water. He did not sign a document about his detention as he had considered the detention as arbitrary act. He was accused of committing public disorder when he denied to get in the car where the oppressors were.
