At 5:30 am, Pedro Francisco Concepción Concepción, along with other activist from an opposition organization Boitel, was waiting in San Luis Bus Terminal for a connection to La Habana. They were both detained, so they could not attend a meeting with the president of the organization. They were driven to the police station and at 8:30 released.
