An activist from Matanzas detained at home in front of his family and friends

Neuris Norberto Rodríguez Suárez, a human rights activist from Matanzas, was detained in his own house by officials from the Ministry of the Interior (MININT) and the police. He now feels ashamed and depressed since the detention took place in front of his relatives, friends and neighbors and he was treated like a criminal. Also, he had been already threatened that he would never be able to get a good job and would not be allowed to leave the country.
