Legra Leyva was summoned by the chief of the Police Unit Parque 24, where he was repressed for having participated in a public debate with a group of people. In this, Leyva explained the debt that the regime has with the people. He expressed that the regime has only bought new cars to keep the repressive system active in the streets with the use of advanced technologies. He was released 12 hours after his arrest and fined 3000 pesos, based on article 8.3. He was also threatened that he would be prosecuted for disobedience if he ever had a public debate again.
