The company where the citizen José Rigal Coldado worked placed him permanently in a building of ancient architecture, which served as a house of rest, so that he could take care of it and attend the people who made use of the service. The company's decision was backed up by the promise that the property would be handed over to Mr. Rigal Coldado, so that he could apply for a self-employment license as a landlord. However, in the interest of the State, the company was forced to transfer the property to another company that would qualify it as a hotel. This new decision was not communicated to the citizen concerned who, due to the fact that he has been living in that house for more than 20 years, lost his original residence and has nowhere to return if he is removed from the property in question. In June 2018, the new company that acquired the house informed him that it would declare him an illegal occupant and that he had to leave because they intended to operate it as a hotel and with him inside they would not be able to do so. Steps were taken to remove him by force and as he has no legal protection, the citizen is helpless and is waiting to be removed one day without being relocated to another house so as not to leave him in the street.
