House registered without a warrant and arbitrary detention to the owner

At 9 am on 17th September, Captain Emiliano showed up at the home of a Cuban citizen with an unfilled search warrant to inspect the home. In front of two witnesses, he filled out the warrant in front of the residence and proceeded to search the house which was separated by a fence from the wire factory which had been recently stolen. Without following the legal procedures, state agents took possession of a rusty roll of wire they found in the residence and arrested the citizen's husband. Two months later this person was released because no link was found to the robbery.
