Nelson was arrested by a Political Police officer in February after he delivered a letter of complaint to the Police Station. He was taken to an office where they threatened him, saying: "If my name appears on that claim, I will kick you out." Then, another officer arrived who did a complete examination of Nelson. Before being released at the exit door of the police station, the officer told him: "The officers on duty have been warned about you, if you return next week with another letter from Mercedes, they have orders to take you prisoner and send me to look for you."
