At 7 a.m., Marcos Antonio Moran Pelegrin was heading towards the Santuario del Cobre to the Sunday Mass to demand the release of political prisoners and the end of police repression.
He was detained by the officer of the State Security known as Marcos in the patrol car no. 600 and taken to the police unit. After 5 hours he was released.
