Baracoa citizen summoned to the police station and threatened with prosecution

On 12 December 2019, Emilio Almaguer Guzmán was summoned by Captain Clape to the police station in Baracoa. The official threatened him to be prosecuted if he continued meeting people with a negative approach to the revolutionary process. Emilio replied that if visiting his brother was a crime, thus, he should be prosecuted. Then he received an official written warning and was released.
