Torture and arrest

On July 11 -the day of protests- the victim was violently arrested, immobilized and beaten with fists and sticks from the place of his capture to the patrol car, and later beaten upon arrival at the police unit. At the time of the arrest he was not participating in the demonstration, but was standing in the doorway of the hotel, filming with his cell phone and occasionally shouting "Patria y vida" and "Libertad".
