On November 22, 2015, the victim was going to Santuario del Cobre through Guantánamo, when he was detained at the checkpoint in Caimanera. He was beaten up by Lt Col Cantillo, Lt Col Castañeda and uniformed police officers. After that, the victim was transported to the Police Department in Guantánamo.
