Activist detained and taken outside the city

The victim, a human rights activist, was going to El Cobre to participate in Todos Marchamos campaign organized by UNPACU. When he was already waiting for shared cars in Palma Soriano, he was detained and taken away for interrogation. He was threatened and after that put to the bus by force. He driven outside the city and left to his own fate near Dos Ríos prison.
