Undercover officers intercept, beat and seize a civilian's cell phone and passport.



On November 16, 2021, at 9:00 a.m., when leaving his home, the victim was intercepted by military officers undercover as civilians. The officers beat him and confiscated his cell phone and passport. The victim has been to the Police Unit of Reparto Caribe and to the Police Instruction Unit, but neither have given him an answer as to where his belongings are.
