Victim taken from their home, detained and examined on suspicion of hanging posters demanding the release of the 11J prisoners.



On March 31 at 8:00 a.m., a patrol car arrived at the victim's house. Officer Victor told him that he had to accompany him to the Police Unit Parque 24, because he was one of the suspects of hanging posters around Reparto Ho Chi Ming demanding the release of the political prisoners of 11J. At the Unit, he was given a handwriting test and detained until 11:00 am that same day.
