Ana Delia was retired due to illness after working for 28 years. In addition to alimony, she received social assistance with her medications because she currently suffers from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, nephropathy, ischemic heart disease, generalized arthritis, venous insufficiency, arterial hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Her living conditions are subhuman, her house is made of boards, dirt floor and zinc roof, something that affects her health even more, being in this situation, some social workers and the delegate came to her house to take away her checkbook, they only left her the help with the medicines, alleging that her son can support her economically. The victim denounces that her only son is married, lives in a municipality of Holguín, his salary is not enough, his wife does not work outside the house and he has three children, all of them minors. The State has left her economically helpless, and without the social guarantee of her pension after having worked for 28 years.
