Mrs. Diana Rosario Delgado Estupiñan denounces that the Integral Inspector Oscarleidy Lamber Delgado and the President of the Committee for the Defense of the Revolution, Moraima Cantillo Marsó, humiliated and threatened her, telling her that she should not speak badly in the neighborhood about the revolution because the other neighbors were listening to her and that could generate a rebellion. Rosario was threatened with a fine of 200 pesos if she continued to speak publicly about the national situation
