The victim was sitting in front of his house together with his daughter 5 month old, when came Baró officer, with other militaries, whom told him that he should go with they, but, when they saw his daughter, they said that he should go to the Police Station for a case this afternoon.
When he went to the Police Station they told him that a police dog had betrayed him, and now he is suspected of theft to a house near to his house, for that reason he can not go far away
