Lady in White detained while going to the church

Dianelis Moreno Soto left her house at 9 am and was about to participate in Mass in the local church. She barely walked few metres, when she was stopped by a patrol car no. 842 and the officers prevented her from getting to the church. She was instructed to get in the car and she was driven to the police station located in the town. Dianelis Moreno was released at 12:15 pm without having received any detention report.
