Yaniet Díaz Pérez was detained in the park without any explanation

Yaniet was drinking beer with her partner and listening to music from a small speaker, when she was approached by an officer of the National Revolutionary Police (PNR) and asked for the identity card. Yaniet asked her for the reason and the PNR officer insulted her by saying that she was a clown and that she better should not speak, because she could be beaten. Yaniet asked the officer with number 34125 if there was a curfew in Camaguey and then, she was taken to the 2nd unit of the PNR. She was detained until 2 am without a reason and fined 20 pesos without a legal support for alleged breakdown of general law and order.
