Mr Rolando Mesa, who reached retirement without access to social care or any other amount of money or retribution in exchange for his years working; complains that even after visiting different social institutions due to his situation, none of them gave him an answer. Because of this, he decided to post signs outside of his house that said "help for retired people without a checkbook" and "here lives someone stranded". This caused him to be called by police, for more than 8 hours, he was assisted by officers Lionis and Victor, from state security, which threatened him with going back to prison or to make him disappear, saying "Don't play fool or I'll make you go missing and no one will save you".
