On 8th May, 2018, a Cuban citizen was notified of an official summon to report to the police station at 8 am the next day. On the day of the summon, he was informed that he had been called for occupying the offices of the port guild (which were abandoned and in poor condition) and was given 24 hours to leave. Although he explained that he had nowhere to go because the cyclone had destroyed his house, they threatened him and made it clear that they would make life impossible for him if he did not leave. On May 10, 2018, the Labour Body came and without notice they took away his self-work card for being late in paying for the month of April. As a result, the citizen was left without a job and without support for his family.
