Due to a new legislative it is not possible to buy tickets to intermediate stations but only to the final destination

Ricardo Manuel Rodríguez García went to the Levisa terminal to buy a bus ticket to Camagüey on the Moa-Havana bus. The saleswoman told him that he could only buy the ticket to Havana, that she was not allowed to sell tickets to intermediate places. When asking her where it was legally displayed, she could not give him an answer and her superior was not present. For these kind of decisions there should be a regulation communicated by the mass media and it should not be communicated just in word without any verification. This change violated the circulation and transit throughout Cuba.
