Mr. Arturo Martinez Frometa was invited to the forum held in Santiago de Cuba on April 10 to discuss the themes of the Summit of the Americas. When he returned to his hometown was summoned to the police where he was threatened and opened a file in danger by being in action against the security of the country. He did not sign the file.
