Roilan Alvarez Rensoler is wildly beaten and goes under arrest when going back home.

Roilan Alvarez Rensoler went under arrest on 15th August 2014 at 20h, when walking back home. The police officers arrested Roilan and drove him to the police station, where was wildly beaten by the agents, who followed the orders from Colonel Dolki.
