The activist was arrested after placing anti-establishment posters and writing protests against the government. this act was a consequence of the electricity break-out that made it impossible to aliment childern, pregnant women and elderly people in the area. The activist was hand-cuffed and transported to the police station where he was jailed. He was released 3 hours later.
