Yuri Miguel Carralero was in a meeting with other activists when the police organized an act of repudiation in which some of them were beaten and arrested. Those who were not arrested went to the Police Station to protest and all of them were detained and taken to a detention center. Yuri was beaten and mistreated in this center.
