On the 11th at 4 in the morning Luis Bello went to take public buses going from Caimanera to Guantanamo. At the checkpoint of the police which is located just off the TTE Caimanera Yordani Colonel Cantillo was with the Malyor Montargo. He was ordered to come down bus and drove being detained to the police unit Caimanera. He remained there until 10 o'clock. The reason for the arrest was prevent him participation in the Mass in the Catholic Church of Santigo de Cuba province. This news was conveyed to Diario de Cuba and Radio Marti.
