Elizabeth Vera Ramos lives in a house in terrible conditions. they do not give her construction permission because the house is placed in an area with danger of displacement of earth. On December 7th, she went to the Provincial Housing Department and to the Communist Party of Cuba Provincial asking for help, where she was told that they had no resources to help her.
