Wenceslao Chirino Pérez was summoned by sector chief Oreste Castel Aguiar. Chirino Pérez arrived to the Police Department on January 11 accompanied by his sister.
Castel Aguair started asking Wenceslao´s sister intimate and personal questions. Chirino warned him he should have more respect for his sister. Castel Aguair punched him in the face and Wenceslao fell down on the floor unconscious. When he regained consciousness, he was taken to the cell and accused of an alleged crime of disrespect.
