Activist prevented from participating in a workshop in Panama

On Thursday, 1 November, Osvaldo Rodríguez Díaz was prevented from travelling to Panama where he had been invited to participate in a workshop organized by the University of Latin American Workers (Universidad de los Trabajadores de América Latina). When he arrived to the Terminal 3 of the José Martí International Airport in Havana, he was informed by migration officers that he will not be able to travel since his name does not appear in the system.
