Lisván Monteagudo was arrested in the church he attended and taken by the head of the sector of the National Revolutionary Police, known as Vladimir, to the Criminal Center of the Ministry of Interior. There he was interrogated and threatened that if he continued to participate in that activities he would be imprisoned. He was later taken to the cell where he was held for more than 48 hours. They did not inform his family where he was, nor allowed him to make a call.
