On October 7th, the Lady in White was heading to the church Santa Catalina de Ricci to take part in the Sunday mass. When she was between the Maceos street and the 3 south, a State Security Department officer (DSE) along with several policemen, arrested and leaded her to the detention center known as Operations. The defender was released around 7 am of the following day.
