Mr. Yoanislaysi Rodriguez Montero and other human rights activists were in the park in Colombia, when he was suddenly detained by the National Revolutionary Police and secret police. He was handcuffed and trasported to the operations center. They took him all his personal items and put in a dark cell. After several hours, they took him to the office, where he was threatened by Major Maykel Castellanos. He gave him an official warning, which Sr. Rodriguez Montero refused to sign. After that, he was returned to the cell and stayed on hunger strike until he was released three days later.
