UNPACU activist prosecuted under the precriminal social dangerousness law



An activist from the Patriotic Union of Cuba (UNPACU) was convicted and imprisoned in a case of pre-criminal social dangerousness. According to the victim, it was a rigged trial without due process that was carried out in retaliation for his pro-democracy activism in Cuba and for belonging to UNPACU.
